SEAMEO
The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) is an international organization established in 1965 among governments of Southeast Asian countries to promote regional cooperation in education, science and culture in Southeast Asia. SEAMEO has 20 specialist institutions that undertake training and research programs in various fields of education, science, and culture. Each Regional Centre has a Governing Board composed of senior education officials from each SEAMEO Member Country. INNOTECH is the SEAMEO the Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology.
SEAMEO INNOTECH
The SEAMEO Regional Centre for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO INNOTECH) is the main regional implementation partner of the Regional Fit for School Program. With its mandate to promote research and development of innovative approaches and capacity development in the education sector, SEAMEO INNOTECH collaborates with GIZ towards strengthening school-based management of WASH and health programs in Southeast Asian schools.
