This video provides insight into the factors that enabled the division of Maguindanao II in ARMM to scale up the Essential Health Care Program. It is based on a qualitative study conducted by the Department of Education ARMM, Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO INNOTECH) and GIZ’s Fit for School program.
