This report provides an overview of the WinS program implementation in the Philippines from SY 2017/ 2018 to SY 2020/ 2021, and the big progress that the Department of Education has made in improving the WASH conditions of schools. It contains information on latest participation of schools in the monitoring process, schools that have achieved the national WinS standards, and the status of WinS implementation by thematic area. In addition, this includes an overview of the schools meeting criteria for infection prevention and control during the COVID-19 pandemic, which are essential for the resumption of face-to-face classes in 2022.
